Key Responsibilities
As a Branch Colleague, you will support the manager in the daily operations of the branch, ensuring adherence to company policies and maintaining excellent service standards for customers. Additionally, you will provide coverage between Fleet and Farnham locations as needed. A unique aspect of the role includes performing an act of kindness each day for customers or colleagues, fostering a positive work environment.
Training and Development
No prior experience is necessary, as comprehensive training is provided from the very first day to equip you with the necessary knowledge and skills to thrive within the company.
Work Schedule and Compensation
- Permanent full-time position with 40 hours over five days, including weekends
- Paid overtime opportunities available once fully trained
- Starting salary of £26,520 per annum, increasing to £26,624 following a successful probation
- Potential to earn uncapped weekly performance bonuses
