Job Overview

We are looking for a confident and articulate BPO Telecaller to become part of our expanding team. This role focuses on interacting with customers via phone, comprehending their needs, offering relevant information, and fostering positive customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage both inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
• Identify customer requirements and deliver accurate information or solutions.
• Clearly describe company products, services, promotions, and procedures.
• Follow up timely with potential and existing customers to maintain communication.
• Keep precise records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
• Handle customer questions, concerns, and objections with professionalism.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address customer-related requests.
• Adhere to calling protocols, quality standards, and company policies.
• Ensure customers have a positive experience through effective communication.

Candidate Profile

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and Hindi; knowledge of other regional languages is a plus.
• Excellent convincing, negotiation, and active listening skills.
• Able to thrive in a target-driven environment.
• Basic computer skills, including MS Office and CRM familiarity.
• Positive attitude with eagerness to learn and develop.
• Open to fresh graduates and experienced applicants.
• Previous experience in BPO, telecalling, customer support, or sales beneficial.
