Job Overview
We are seeking a BPO Telecaller to join our team at Sifa Ayurveda based in Delhi-NCR. The role involves proactively reaching out to customers via outbound calls to introduce and explain our Ayurvedic products and services, generating and converting leads, and ensuring excellent customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Clearly communicate the benefits and details of Ayurvedic products and services offered by the company.
- Identify and cultivate potential leads, successfully converting them into sales.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with customers interested in products to encourage purchase completion.
- Address and resolve any customer inquiries or concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
- Accurately log and update customer information within the CRM system to maintain current records.
