Overview
The Boutique Manager is accountable for enhancing and maximizing the boutique's overall performance by achieving sales, profit, and strategic goals.
Sales Responsibilities
- Boost turnover and profitability of the boutique.
- Drive sales within the boutique setting.
- Conduct sales presentations outside the boutique, including at palaces and for VIP clientele.
- Manage discount policies and oversee boutique expenses.
- Analyze performance metrics, develop KPIs, and perform SWOT evaluations of the boutique operations.
Customer Relations and Service
- Engage directly with Royal clients and collectors.
- Implement customer relationship management programs with boutique staff.
- Enhance the database's quality and quantity for client registration.
- Ensure professional customer service and after-sales support within the boutique.
Team Leadership and Management
- Establish KPIs and targets for boutique team members.
- Focus on personal development and talent management.
- Motivate the sales team to achieve set objectives.
- Conduct performance monitoring and appraisals.
- Coordinate integration and training for new sales associates in the field.
- Assist the Retail Director in recruiting new team members.
Operations and Administrative Duties
- Serve as the main point of contact for all boutique-related inquiries.
- Ensure strict compliance with Richemont and Montblanc retail procedures.
- Optimize stock management including replenishment, rotation, and inventory.
- Deliver timely and accurate boutique reports.
- Maintain boutique upkeep and premises.
- Implement security protocols effectively.
- Execute boutique-level promotions and incentive programs.
Collaboration and Coordination
- Define boutique objectives jointly with the Retail Director.
- Support and carry out marketing and commercial activities.
- Develop an effective merchandising concept.
- Work with the Visibility Manager to maintain excellence at the point of sale and ensure quality of displays.
- Adhere to prescribed display and product guidelines consistently.
- Partner with the Sales Trainer to coach boutique teams and monitor their self-learning progress.
