Position Overview

API Heat Transfer seeks motivated individuals who enjoy problem-solving and transformation to join as Blaster/Grinder A for the second shift. This role involves blasting and grinding tasks to achieve specific finishes on component parts while contributing to the company’s Lean Management journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute the full range of blasting operations to produce finishes including white, near white, or commercial quality on component parts
  • Operate both automatic lance blast and manual blast nozzles, including setup of equipment and managing material loading and unloading
  • Perform grinding and polishing tasks at an advanced skill level, preparing setups independently based on prints, specifications, and process documentation
  • Assume additional Grinder A responsibilities when not engaged in sandblasting operations
