Job description
Position Overview
Mineral Resources is seeking experienced Blast Crew members to join their specialized Drill and Blast team. This full-time role follows a 2 weeks on, 1 week off FIFO roster, supporting operations at various owner-operated lithium mining sites in the Goldfields and Pilbara regions of Western Australia. You will collaborate closely with Shotfirers and Drillers within a small, focused team.
Key Requirements
- A strong dedication to safety standards and practices.
- Possession of a current Australian C Class Driver's Licence.
- Holding a current Dangerous Goods Security Card.
- At least 12 months experience as Blast Crew working with Nonel and/or Electronic initiation systems.
- Either currently possessing or willing to obtain a National Police Clearance valid within the past 12 months.
- Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment medical examination, including drug and alcohol testing.
- Full legal authorization to work in Australia.
