Job description
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled BIM Modeler to join our team. The role focuses on utilizing Building Information Modeling (BIM) technologies to develop and coordinate detailed design drawings in accordance with project standards and workflows.
Responsibilities
- Execute drawing tasks using BIM tools and software.
- Employ BIM methodologies to ensure coordinated and consistent design documentation.
- Follow the established BIM Execution Plan and adhere to project-specific BIM workflows.
- Keep models and drawings up to date, notifying the BIM lead about any modifications.
- Identify and resolve any clashes or conflicts in the models.
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to synchronize design changes and address modeling challenges.
- Create and maintain a content library tailored for Projects, Sales, and Sales Engineering teams.
- Report directly to the BIM Coordinator and undertake assigned tasks diligently.
Qualifications and Skills
- Solid understanding of BIM concepts and practical use of multidisciplinary modeling on projects.
- Preferably experienced in drafting with BIM software.
- Educational background of ITE or Diploma, with BIM knowledge.
- Experience in the lifts and escalators industry is advantageous.
