About the Role

Kohn Pedersen Fox (KPF), a globally renowned architecture firm distinguished for its innovative and large-scale projects, is expanding its BIM team in London. Architypes Talent Ltd is assisting with recruiting permanent BIM Coordinator positions to support the delivery of complex architectural developments. This opportunity involves working in a design-driven international environment, closely engaging with architectural teams to ensure BIM standards, models, and processes are effectively managed throughout project phases.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day BIM and Autodesk Revit coordination support for project teams.
• Oversee and review federated BIM models involving multiple disciplines.
• Maintain BIM standards and ensure consistent modeling practices across projects.
• Conduct model setup, auditing, and quality control to uphold model integrity.
• Detect and resolve coordination challenges within BIM workflows.
• Facilitate clash detection and enhance model coordination processes.
• Collaborate closely with architects, designers, and the wider BIM and technology teams.
• Assist project teams in optimizing their use of BIM tools and workflows.
• Implement project-specific BIM requirements and guidelines.
• Promote knowledge sharing and help build BIM proficiency across teams.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience using Autodesk Revit extensively within architectural or AEC contexts.
• Hands-on experience coordinating BIM models within architectural project teams on large or technically demanding projects.
• Solid grasp of BIM workflows, standards, and effective model management.
• Competent at assisting architects and designers directly during live projects.
• Strong problem-solving abilities coupled with excellent coordination skills.
• Confident engagement with diverse project stakeholders.
• Methodical, organized, and collaborative in approach.
• Background working in established architectural practices, design consultancies, or similar AEC environments.
• Experience with additional BIM coordination, collaboration, or model-review tools is advantageous.
