Billing Executive

Job Overview

Solar One Energy is seeking a diligent Billing Executive responsible for managing invoicing, dispatch, and inventory control operations using Zoho Books and Zoho Inventory. The role involves ensuring accuracy of billing data, coordinating logistics, and maintaining detailed records to support smooth business processes.

Primary Responsibilities

• Create sales invoices, delivery challans, and necessary dispatch documentation.
• Manage billing and inventory activities through Zoho Books and Zoho Inventory platforms.
• Liaise with warehouse personnel, sales teams, and transporters to coordinate timely product dispatches.
• Verify product details, quantities, pricing, and GST information for accuracy in all transactions.
• Maintain comprehensive records relating to inventory, dispatch, and billing.
• Monitor shipment status and collaborate for on-time deliveries.
• Compile and submit daily reports covering billing and dispatch operations.

Candidate Profile

• Must possess hands-on experience with Zoho Books and Zoho Inventory software.
• Sound understanding of billing procedures, invoicing, and Goods and Services Tax (GST) regulations.
• Proficient in MS Excel to manage data and reports effectively.
• Strong communication skills, keen attention to detail, and ability to coordinate tasks smoothly.
• Prior experience in solar energy, electrical sectors, trading, or distribution businesses is desirable.
