Accounts Manager

Role Overview

We are searching for an Accounts Manager to oversee daily financial operations and maintain comprehensive accounting records at Solar One Energy in Jaipur, Rajasthan.

Key Duties

• Oversee routine accounting processes and maintain the books of accounts meticulously.
• Utilize Zoho Books extensively for daily accounting activities.
• Manage tax compliances including GST, TDS, e-invoicing, and related statutory requirements.
• Handle accounts receivable and payable, ensuring accurate customer and vendor reconciliations.
• Keep track of customer outstanding balances, aging, collections efforts, and manage credit limit monitoring.
• Perform bank reconciliations, process payments, and manage cash flow monitoring.
• Compile Management Information System (MIS) reports and financial statements for organizational leadership.
• Liaise with chartered accountants, auditors, and tax specialists for financial compliance and audits.
• Ensure timely and accurate month-end account closure.

Qualification & Experience

• Proficient knowledge of Zoho Books accounting software, GST regulations, TDS, and MS Excel.
• Good grasp of fundamental accounting principles and internal financial control mechanisms.
• Strong capabilities in reconciliation, data analysis, and diligent follow-ups.
• Preference given to candidates experienced in solar energy, electrical, trading, or distribution sectors.
• Ability to autonomously manage the entire accounts operations.
