Billing Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a Billing Engineer to manage and validate RA Bills, client invoices, and subcontractor bills efficiently for our projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cross-check Running Account (RA) Bills, client bills, and subcontractor billing documents.
• Manage Bill of Quantities (BOQ), conduct measurements, calculate quantities, and perform reconciliation tasks.
• Verify on-site measurements against construction drawings and BOQ to ensure accuracy.
• Generate Measurement Sheets, Abstract Sheets, and comprehensive billing statements.
• Monitor BOQ quantities for deviations and account for additional items appropriately.
• Collaborate closely with Site Engineers, Project Managers, Consultants, and Clients to facilitate smooth project billing processes.
• Maintain and organize all billing-related and project documentation systematically.

Required Skills and Experience

• In-depth understanding of Civil Billing and Quantity Measurement processes.
• Proficient in handling BOQ, Running Account Billing, and Rate Analysis.
• Mandatory expertise in Microsoft Excel for data management and calculations.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage.
• Prior experience in EPC, government sector projects, or sewerage infrastructure projects is preferred.
