Billing Engineer

Job Overview

We are looking for a Billing Engineer to join our team at Concept Creator in Pune, Maharashtra. This role involves managing and verifying billing processes related to construction projects, ensuring accuracy and timely submission of bills, and maintaining clear documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the punctual submission of accurate RA (Running Account) bills according to prescribed standards and maintain appropriate backup documentation.
• Prepare Master Sheets, measurement sheets, and marking on drawings to support billing processes.
• Verify and scrutinize measurements extracted from drawings and conduct periodic site visits to validate RA bills and approved payments.
• Coordinate with Planning Engineers, site teams, and head office for issuing Work Orders related to new activities or changes in existing work orders.
• Conduct reconciliation of RA bills to address contractor payment concerns, including quality issues and the release of retention amounts.
