Job description
Role Overview
As a Billing Engineer, you will be accountable for generating and validating bills related to construction and real estate projects. Your duties will encompass preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQs), conducting quantity measurements, and verifying the accuracy of all billing statements.
Key Duties
- Preparation and assessment of bills and BOQs
- Conducting precise quantity measurements
- Ensuring all billing is accurate and compliant
- Submitting bills and certifications promptly
- Performing reconciliation of billing statements
Skills & Knowledge Requirements
- Strong expertise in quantity surveying and billing processes
- Proficient in MS Excel and ERP systems
- Experience in client and subcontractor billing including Running Account (RA) bills
- Competent at rate analysis and managing billing documentation
- Good coordination skills to liaise with various stakeholders
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should have a B.Tech or B.E. degree in Civil Engineering or a Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Candidate Profile
Applicants are expected to have prior experience in construction or real estate sectors, specifically in billing-related responsibilities including preparation of BOQs, quantity measurement, and billing reconciliation.
