Billing Coordinator

About the Role

We are seeking a meticulous Billing Executive to join our manufacturing unit in Agra. This role involves comprehensive management of invoices starting from data entry to ensuring correctness and liaising with buyers and transporters after billing.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter invoices meticulously into the billing or ERP system based on sales orders and delivery challans.
• Cross-check invoice details such as quantity, rate, product description, and total value against corresponding sales orders.
• Ensure accurate application of HSN codes and GST rates including CGST, SGST, and IGST on every invoice.
• Generate e-invoices with IRN and QR codes on the GST portal in compliance with relevant guidelines.
• Prepare and issue Credit and Debit Notes as required with proper documentation.
• Identify and address any discrepancies in billing before invoice finalization.
• Share completed invoices with buyers and address any queries, disputes, or required changes promptly.
• Generate e-way bills and coordinate with transporters about vehicle details, delivery locations, and dispatch paperwork.
• Support monthly compilation of GST data and maintain well-organized invoice records.
• Produce billing MIS reports for the accounting department.

Candidate Profile

• Possesses 2 to 4 years of prior experience in billing or invoicing, preferably within manufacturing environments.
• Has solid understanding of GST, HSN codes, and procedures for e-invoicing and e-way bill creation.
• Experienced in managing Credit and Debit Notes effectively.
• Proficient in Tally ERP or equivalent billing software platforms.
• Effective communicator to coordinate efficiently with buyers and transporters.
