A leading construction firm in Ireland, well-regarded for delivering superior building and infrastructure projects, especially in the Data Centre sector, is expanding their Pre-Construction team by recruiting a Bid Coordinator. This role is full-time and permanent, located in Maynooth, County Kildare, offering a salary range from €40,000 to €60,000 annually.
Job Overview
The Bid Coordinator will be integral in managing and supporting the preparation and submission of tender responses, pre-qualification questionnaires (PQQs), and business development proposals. The position involves close collaboration with the Bid Manager, Estimating Team, Design Team, and Senior Leadership to ensure each bid is completed accurately, meets high standards, and adheres to strict deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate bid processes to ensure smooth and timely preparation of submissions.
- Gather and organize necessary data and documentation from various departments.
- Work closely with internal teams including estimating and design to compile comprehensive bids.
- Maintain quality control over all tender and proposal documents before submission.
- Assist in business development activities by preparing accurate and compelling bids.
