BI Developer/Consultant

Overview

We are seeking a BI Developer/Consultant to join our team onsite in Jubail, Eastern Saudi Arabia. This role requires 4-6 years of progressive experience in delivering end-to-end business intelligence solutions. Fluency in Arabic is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy BI solutions encompassing data modeling, visualization, and deployment stages.
• Engage directly with business stakeholders to collect requirements and transform them into insightful dashboards and reports.
• Design and optimize SQL queries including stored procedures and complex join operations to support BI functionalities.
• Construct and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines to feed data into BI layers and troubleshoot data flow issues.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 4-6 years experience in BI solution development covering the full lifecycle.
• Expert proficiency in at least one leading BI platform such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.
• Strong expertise in SQL with a focus on query tuning and database programming.
• Proven experience in data modeling techniques including star schema and dimensional modeling.
• Competence in DAX or related calculation languages, particularly for Power BI environments.
• Arabic speaking ability is a mandatory requirement.

Desirable Skills

• Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric or equivalent unified analytics environments.
• Experience using Python or R to enhance BI analytics capabilities.
• Skills in presenting and communicating BI insights to executive or C-level audiences.
• Domain knowledge in operations, logistics, parking, or municipal data contexts.
• Understanding of data governance frameworks and implementation of row-level security.
• Previous consulting experience involving client-facing roles, project scoping, and stakeholder engagement.
