Role Overview
As a Betting Shop Manager based in Exeter, you will report directly to the Regional Manager. Your role involves providing exceptional front-line service to customers, reinforcing BoyleSports' reputation as the industry leader in service and standards. You will lead by example, upholding company values centered on personalized service, dynamic responsiveness, fearless innovation, and a commitment to excellence.

- Deliver and manage outstanding customer service that underpins the company's competitive edge.

Minimum Requirements
- At least 3 years’ experience in retail management, assistant management, or supervision.
- Essential experience in the betting industry.
- Flexibility to work across multiple sites with trading hours varying between 7:00am and 10:00pm daily, including weekends.
