About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and driven individuals for the position of Bench Sales Recruiter based in Ahmedabad. This role involves collaboration with vendors, clients, and technical recruitment teams across the United States to effectively promote consultant profiles and facilitate interview arrangements.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote consultant profiles to potential vendors and clients in the US market.
• Organize and follow up on interviews to ensure smooth communication.
• Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with recruiters and clients.
• Prepare and update daily reports along with tracking candidate progress.
• Collaborate closely with the recruitment department to meet set targets.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum educational qualification of 12th grade completion.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office suite.
• Availability to work during night shifts aligned with US timings.
• Open to both fresh graduates and those with prior experience.

Additional Information

• Working days are Monday through Friday, totaling five days per week.
• This position follows the night shift schedule tailored for US business hours.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly salary ranging from ₹15,000 to ₹30,000 with additional incentives up to ₹20,000.
