Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and assist with their luggage during arrivals and departures.
• Escort guests to their rooms while providing basic information about hotel amenities.
• Coordinate closely with the reception team to support front desk and check-in/check-out processes.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and handle delivery of packages and messages.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the lobby and entrance areas.
• Assist with front-of-house operations and promptly report any maintenance or safety concerns following procedures and training guidelines.

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar hospitality or guest services position.
• Strong communication and customer service skills to interact professionally with diverse guests.
• Familiarity or experience with receptionist duties and front desk coordination.
• Physical capability to safely lift, transport, and organize luggage, along with standing or walking for extended periods.
• Commitment to ongoing hospitality training and adherence to safety protocols.
• Prior work experience in hotels, resorts, or related guest service roles is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in English; additional language abilities will be considered an advantage.
• Reliable and punctual with a professional appearance that aligns with company grooming standards.
