Bellman (Russian Speaker)

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome guests upon their arrival with professional demeanor.
• Assist in managing guests' luggage, including storage and transportation.
• Escort guests to their rooms and provide explanations of the hotel's amenities and services.
• Offer precise and helpful information about the hotel, nearby attractions, and available services.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the lobby and entrance areas.
• Collaborate with concierge and front office personnel to ensure prompt guest assistance.
• Deliver packages, messages, or other items to guests' rooms as needed.

Requirements

• Prior experience as a Bellman or Doorman at a luxury 5-star hotel is preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Professional appearance coupled with a positive and welcoming attitude.
• Physical capability to perform tasks such as lifting luggage and standing for prolonged periods.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages such as Russian is beneficial.
