Role Overview

We are in search of a motivated and attentive Bellman to become part of our dynamic team. Acting as the initial point of contact for guests, you will be pivotal in crafting memorable experiences by delivering outstanding service paired with authentic hospitality. Responsibilities include managing porterage operations, assisting with guest arrivals and departures, and ensuring smooth coordination among front-of-house teams, thereby upholding our high standards for guest satisfaction and operational quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome guests and residents, assisting with directions and hotel facility recommendations with professionalism
• Oversee and actively participate in the careful handling, storage, and security of all luggage arriving, departing, or stored
• Collaborate closely with doorman and reception teams to facilitate seamless guest arrivals and departures
• Supervise valet parking operations, manage taxi queues, and coordinate hired vehicle services following hotel protocols
• Respond promptly to guest questions or issues, escalating any security concerns or complaints to the Duty Manager when necessary
• Ensure the hotel entrance and driveway operate smoothly and align with company standards and ethical guidelines
• Promote internal sales and hotel amenities to enrich guest experiences
• Adhere strictly to workplace health and safety policies during all duties
• Partner with multiple departments to deliver tailored, efficient service encounters
• Protect guest and hotel confidentiality at all times
• Carry out additional tasks and responsibilities as delegated by management

Qualification Requirements

• A minimum of two years' experience in a related hotel role
• Proficiency in an additional foreign language such as Russian or Turkish is mandatory
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with an ability to discern and address guest and colleague needs effectively
• Capability to train, motivate, and foster teamwork among peers
• Strong focus on detail and delivering personable service
• Ability to work under pressure, solve problems with sound judgment, and uphold professionalism
• Effective prioritization and organizational skills
• Self-driven attitude with initiative in a dynamic working environment
• Commitment to security and confidentiality regarding guest and hotel information
