Job Responsibilities

• Warmly greet guests at the main entrance, using their names when known
• Coordinate with the front desk for arrivals and departures effectively
• Manage driveway activities, including opening and closing vehicle doors
• Ensure timely and efficient collection and delivery of guests' luggage and equipment
• Provide information and assistance to guests as needed
• Keep entrance and baggage areas clean and orderly
• Support concierge in arranging taxis upon guest requests
• Notify Security or Duty Manager if any suspicious individuals or items are observed in the lobby
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all hotel services and products

Qualifications and Skills

• Secondary or high school education
• Proficient reading and oral skills in English
• Additional language skills and basic local language understanding are advantageous
• No prior experience required; training will be provided
• Good communication skills and guest interaction capabilities
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
