About Fairmont The Red Sea
Situated within Saudi Arabia's pioneering Red Sea Project, Raffles & Fairmont The Red Sea will boast 361 rooms, 11 unique dining venues including an overwater restaurant with stunning views of the Red Sea and mangroves, and a rejuvenating Spa. Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of guest arrivals, departures, and internal movements, ensuring a warm, efficient, and elegant experience.
- Promptly and courteously welcome guests, with special attention to VIPs, repeat visitors, and guests celebrating special events.
- Oversee luggage handling, storage, and delivery activities ensuring they meet the highest standards of care, accuracy, and discretion.
- Provide personal assistance to guests when necessary to guarantee superior service and satisfaction.
- Lead and mentor Bell Attendants, Doormen, and related personnel to consistently uphold Fairmont’s service culture and etiquette standards.
- Conduct daily briefings to align the team on arrivals, departures, VIP movements, and service priorities.
- Maintain adequate staffing and appropriate duty assignments to ensure smooth operation at all times.
- Deliver on-the-job training and offer constructive feedback to encourage team development and excellence.
- Work closely with Front Desk, Concierge, Guest Relations, Valet, and Security departments to coordinate flawless operations.
- Administer luggage storage areas and maintain accurate logbooks and tracking systems to prevent loss or damage.
- Handle messages, deliveries, parcels, and related guest requests with precision and professionalism.
- Ensure the porte-cochere, lobby entrances, and bell desk areas are clean, well-organized, and presented to high standards.
- Manage special arrangements for VIPs, groups, long-stay guests, and events, including coordination of group luggage and rooming lists.
- Promptly address guest concerns as part of service recovery efforts.
- Adhere to Fairmont’s grooming, etiquette, and communication protocols consistently.
- Ensure compliance with safety, security, and luggage handling guidelines.
- Keep guest information and movements strictly confidential.
- Maintain and correctly operate equipment such as trolleys, radios, and luggage carts.
Qualifications & Experience
- Three to five years’ experience in Bell Services or Front Office within luxury or five-star hotel settings.
- Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience.
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management considered a plus.

- Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Capacity to multitask effectively and maintain composure during busy periods.
- Excellent communication and coordination capabilities.
- Fluency in English mandatory; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
