Role Responsibilities
- Consistently uphold high standards of guest experience to nurture strong customer loyalty.
- Respond effectively to customers' questions regarding products, pricing, availability, and services.
- Engage customers to understand their needs and offer tailored assistance exceeding expectations.
- Recommend product selections aligned to customers’ preferences and requirements.
- Demonstrate the usage and advantages of various beauty brands and items.
- Drive sales to meet or surpass individual and team targets using expertise in makeup.
- Monitor and report sell-out performance at the store level.
- Generate and maintain daily sales documentation.
- Participate actively in achievement incentives programs.
- Track sales results for new product launches at the store.
- Ensure merchandising complies with brand display guidelines.
- Maintain proper stock replenishment at counters and shelves timely.
- Report and manage stock shortages via required forms.
- Follow stock receipt protocols to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum two years of professional experience in the beauty sector.
- Demonstrated expertise with skincare, makeup, and fragrance product categories.
- Proficient verbal communication skills in English.
