Role Overview

As a Bauzeichner:in, you will oversee the structure, quality, and advancement of our technical detail database. You will ensure that technical solutions are standardized, well-documented, and usable across digital planning, automation, assembly, production, and tendering processes.

This role is a pioneering juncture between building system development, digitalization, and serial manufacturing. You will help systematically capture and integrate insights from ongoing production and construction projects to continuously optimize our product.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain, manage, and enhance the central detail database
• Create, organize, and ensure quality of technical details and construction drawings
• Define and improve drawing and documentation standards
• Guarantee consistency, traceability, and version control within detail libraries
• Coordinate and incorporate requirements from automation processes into detail standards and data structures
• Analyze recurring quality discrepancies and translate findings into standardized details, drawing protocols, and databases
• Track implementation of approved improvements in relevant drawing and documentation standards

Candidate Profile

Minimum Qualifications:

• Completed training or degree in architecture, civil engineering, construction technology, technical drawing, or related disciplines
• Experience in technical planning and detail development of building constructions
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD 2D
• Ability to document technical information clearly and apply standards rigorously
• Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for collaborating across different departments
• Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with dynamic blocks, block libraries, and attribute programming within AutoCAD
• Knowledge of layer, block, and drawing standards, plus XREF structures
• Familiarity with AutoCAD automation tools such as AutoLISP, VBA, or equivalents
• Skills in data extraction and processing from drawings, especially using Excel
