Role Responsibilities

• Detect leakage in water-bearing systems, pipelines, and building faults
• Conduct emergency repairs promptly
• Measure moisture levels and assess damage extent
• Determine appropriate drying methods
• Set up, monitor, and dismantle drying equipment
• Document and photograph damage details
• Record drying measures undertaken
• Maintain and service drying apparatus

Candidate Profile

• Completed training as an industrial mechanic, gas-water installer, or related qualification
• Technical aptitude handling detection and drying instruments
• Knowledge of building construction and materials
• Experience in maintenance of residential properties is preferred but not mandatory
• Flexible, proactive, and able to work independently
• Friendly and professional customer interaction skills
• Valid Class B driver’s license
• Good command of German, spoken and written
