This role demands a professional with a solid grasp of both classic and modern cocktails, excellent guest interaction skills, and the capability to excel in a bustling, high-volume setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Craft and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to established recipes and customer preferences.
• Invent and suggest cocktail choices, focusing on ideal pairings with food items.
• Keep the bar area tidy, manage garnishes, and ensure mise-en-place is properly maintained.
• Handle inventory management, conduct stock reviews, and control expenses effectively.
• Adhere strictly to hygiene, safety protocols, and enforce responsible alcohol service.
• Promote sales techniques to encourage additional purchases and deliver outstanding guest experiences.
• Maintain smooth and polished service aligning with the venue's high standards.

Requirements

• Demonstrated history of working as a Bartender, ideally in high-volume or upscale environments.
• Thorough knowledge of cocktail recipes, mixology skills, and current trends in beverages.
• Excellent communication abilities and a strong focus on customer service.
• Capability to manage multiple duties efficiently in a fast-paced atmosphere.
