Job Overview

The Bartender position entails preparing and serving drinks while engaging warmly with guests to ensure a high-quality experience. The role requires adaptability to fast-paced scenarios while upholding professionalism and friendliness.

Key Responsibilities

• Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following established recipes and guest preferences.
• Interact amiably and professionally with customers, offering menu guidance and responding to inquiries.
• Keep the bar area tidy and well-organized at all times.
• Track and manage bar inventory, replenishing stock as necessary and alerting management about shortages.
• Adhere strictly to health, safety, and hygiene standards to maintain a clean and secure workspace.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and assist with additional tasks including food service and support for special events.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Prior experience in bartending is preferred.
• Familiarity with both classic and contemporary cocktail recipes.
• Capability to multitask effectively and maintain performance under pressure.
• Excellent communication and guest service abilities.
• Physical ability to stand for long durations and handle heavy objects.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
