About Pullman Dubai Downtown
Pullman Dubai Downtown is a prestigious 5-star hotel situated in the Business Bay area, near prominent landmarks such as the Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall, and Dubai Downtown. The hotel boasts 340 elegantly designed rooms and suites offering spectacular views of the Burj Khalifa, the Canal, and Business Bay district.
Role Overview
As a Bartender, you will greet guests, present the bar menu and pricing, and recommend drinks based on guest preferences. You will participate in weekly alcohol and liquor inventory management, including preparing requisitions. Collaboration with the outlet manager is essential to create themed events, promote drink specials, and design incentive programs.
Experience & Skills Required
- Minimum of one year of bartending experience in a reputable hotel or restaurant.
- Comprehensive knowledge of beverages and cocktails.
- Strong ability to perform effectively under high-pressure and fast-paced conditions.
- Attentiveness to guest needs with a consistently calm and courteous demeanor.
