The opportunity is with Hyatt Regency Dubai Creek Heights, located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Role Summary
The Bartender role involves delivering high-quality and consistent service to all guests. This position supports the customer and bar operations at the hotel’s designated beverage venues.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet customers and attentively listen to understand their beverage choices.
- Offer recommendations based on guests' preferences and take accurate drink orders.
Qualifications and Experience
- Ideally possess a relevant diploma or degree in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
- Minimum of two years of professional experience in hotel operations.
- Strong customer service aptitude alongside excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System standards and adherence to the hotel’s environmental policies.
