About the Role

Killashee Hotel is seeking a motivated Bartender to join their dedicated hospitality team. This role focuses on delivering outstanding guest experiences by leveraging excellent service skills and teamwork within a dynamic hotel environment.

Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome guests and respond promptly and professionally to their beverage requests while managing any customer concerns as per standard procedures.
• Prepare and serve drinks and occasionally food, adhering strictly to licensing laws and established hospitality standards.
• Maintain excellent customer service at all times and collaborate effectively with team members to enhance guest satisfaction.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Applicants must be over 18 years of age.
• Availability throughout the week, including Monday to Sunday, with flexible hours to meet shift demands.
• Strong capabilities in customer service, organization, time management, and dealing with fast-paced work settings.
• Pay close attention to details to ensure high-quality service delivery.
