About The Role and The Londoner Hotel

Join The Londoner, a distinguished boutique hotel located centrally in Leicester Square, London. Known as the city's first 'Super Boutique' hotel, it presents a unique blend of style across 15 floors. We are hiring a Bar Back for our rooftop bar, 8 at The Londoner, where your talents and career ambitions will be nurtured and rewarded alongside maintaining high guest standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the bar team during a fast-paced operation ensuring all pre-shift preparations (mis en place) are complete, including cocktail ingredients, fully stocked bar items, and sufficient glassware.
  • Maintain continual stock levels throughout shifts to prevent shortages for bartenders.
  • Keep the bar area clean, tidy, and free from any obstructions at all times.

Candidate Profile

  • Ideal candidates will have prior experience as a bar back in a premium liquor-focused bar environment, although training will be provided.
  • Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail and strong customer service skills.
  • Fluency in both spoken and written English.
  • Strong team player with a collaborative approach to working with colleagues.
