Job Overview
- Join the Night Kitchen Porter team at the prestigious 5 Star May Fair Hotel.
- Play a key role in ensuring smooth kitchen and back-of-house operations during the night.
- Responsible for maintaining overnight cleanliness in kitchens and back-of-house areas.
- Support all kitchen brigade members throughout the night.
- Manage and clean crockery efficiently.
