Key Responsibilities

• Prepare coffee and beverages according to standard recipes or customized orders, including adjustments in ingredients and temperature.
• Deliver high-quality beverages and food products, adhering to store operating standards.
• Engage with customers effectively to understand and meet their needs through clear, friendly communication.
• Handle cash and ensure store safety and security protocols are followed.
• Perform a variety of tasks across the store during shifts, contributing as an adaptable team member.

Qualifications and Skills

• No prior experience required; open to individuals willing to learn and grow.
• Maintain punctual attendance and availability to work flexible shifts, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Follow oral and written instructions accurately and seek clarification when necessary.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills with an ability to build positive relationships.
• Quick learning ability and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
