As a Starbucks barista, you will craft the Starbucks Experience by delivering excellent service and expertly prepared food and beverages. The lively store atmosphere provides opportunities to perfect your barista skills, collaborate with colleagues, and engage with customers daily. Your smile and attentiveness can brighten each customer's day.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service that meets Starbucks standards.
- Prepare food and beverages following standardized recipes or customized orders.
- Handle cash and maintain store safety and security protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming workspace.
- Adapt to a variety of tasks during each shift to support store operations effectively.
Qualifications
- No prior experience is necessary.
- Consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without accommodations.
- Flexibility to work variable shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Ability to communicate clearly and engage pleasantly with customers to understand and meet their needs.
- Quick learner, able to understand and follow instructions accurately.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities to build positive relationships.
