Role Overview

As a Barista at Cloud Spaces, you are integral to delivering an outstanding customer experience through crafting high-quality coffee and specialty drinks, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting overall center operations.

Primary Responsibilities

• Prepare espresso, coffee, tea, iced beverages, specialty drinks, and light food items following menu guidelines and health and safety regulations.
• Operate coffee machines and ensure the consistent replenishment of fresh coffee beans.
• Deliver excellent customer service by answering menu inquiries and fostering a welcoming atmosphere.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the coffee bar, kitchen, client spaces, including regular workstation and restroom sanitization.
• Manage cash register transactions, take orders, and deliver beverages during meetings.
• Oversee stock levels, order weekly supplies, and coordinate with the Food & Beverage manager for restocking.
• Continuously develop barista techniques such as milk frothing, latte art, espresso making, and coffee blending.
• Inform clients about coffee preparation standards and promote featured items when suitable.
• Collaborate closely with the Center Manager and team members to ensure seamless daily operations and optimal client satisfaction.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of barista experience or similar front-facing customer roles.
• Preferred background in retail, food and beverage, or hospitality industries.
• Completion of High School or equivalent qualification.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Customer-centric approach with strong service skills.
• Familiarity with health, safety, and sanitation standards applicable to food service.
• Capability to multitask and uphold quality standards under fast-paced conditions.
