About the Role

OrsoCafe is seeking a skilled Barista to enhance our coffee service team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing a variety of high-quality hot and cold beverages, skillfully operating espresso machines and grinders, and showcasing expertise in milk steaming and latte art.

Key Responsibilities

• Craft a diverse range of hot and cold coffee drinks to meet quality standards.
• Efficiently handle espresso machines and grinders ensuring optimal performance.
• Perform milk frothing and create visually appealing latte art.
• Maintain cleanliness and uphold hygiene standards at the bar area.
• Adhere strictly to established recipes, standard operating procedures, and quality benchmarks.
• Deliver excellent customer service while fostering teamwork among colleagues.

Candidate Requirements

Applications are open to both newcomers and those with prior barista experience. Salary is commensurate with experience and will be determined post interview and practical trial session.
