Job Overview

The Barista role centers on the expert, efficient crafting and serving of coffee and related beverages, ensuring customer satisfaction aligns strictly with Hilton's established standards, policies, and procedures.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and courteously while taking beverage orders.
• Maintain a strong customer service orientation by addressing guest queries about the menu knowledgeably and positively.
• Prepare espresso-based drinks accurately following set recipes, ensuring proper garnish and portion control.
• Regularly check and manage inventory for milk, syrups, fruits, and other perishables to maintain freshness and product quality.
• Set up the bar station correctly at the start of each day, replenish supplies, and manage point-of-sale transactions securely, including cash handling and closing procedures.
• Adhere to safety protocols to protect oneself and others, promptly reporting incidents to management.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Completion of Senior High School education or specialized training in Hospitality.
• Proficiency in English sufficient for business communications.
• Motivation and eagerness to undertake tasks with enthusiasm, seeking continual learning to enhance performance.
• Adaptability and willingness to respond positively to changing job requirements, including undertaking various requested duties.
• Strong team spirit characterized by cooperation and support towards collective objectives.
• Basic familiarity with food and beverage preparation and alcoholic drink service.
• Ability to memorize, recite, and promote menu offerings.
