Position Overview

Join us as a Barista working full-time for 35 hours per week, where you can brighten customers' days with expertly made coffee and contribute to a thriving, fast-growing team. Your Role and Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve hand-made hot and iced Barista drinks with great care and attention to quality.
• Complete comprehensive training before serving any customers, ensuring you have the skills, confidence, and pace needed to craft the perfect organic Pret coffee.
• Deliver consistent, high-standard customer service that reflects our brand values.

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly pay of £14.55, including mystery shopper bonuses.
• An additional £5 per hour for shifts starting between 3-5 am after initial training.
