Role Overview
Coffee Capital is seeking a dedicated Barista to craft and serve a variety of hot and cold drinks, predominantly coffee and tea. The role demands not only preparation skills but also an ability to guide customers through the menu and suggest options tailored to their tastes.
Key Duties
- Prepare and serve a selection of coffee and tea beverages, both hot and chilled.
- Assist customers by explaining the features of drinks and providing personalized recommendations.
- Promote and upsell specialty items to enhance customer experience and sales.
- Take and process customer orders efficiently.
