Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team at Meem Co. for Hotel Management and Operation in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This role involves preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages following established recipes and ensuring quality service to customers in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages according to defined quality standards and recipes.
• Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and other related coffee equipment with care.
• Take customer orders with accuracy and manage payment processing efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and adhere to hygiene and food safety regulations in the workplace.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing requests and resolving any complaints in a professional manner.
• Manage multiple orders simultaneously, demonstrating effective organizational skills.
• Work confidently under pressure and contribute as a cooperative team member.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: High school diploma or equivalent diploma.
• Candidate must be a Saudi national.
• One to three years of experience as a barista or in related hospitality, food and beverage, or customer service roles.
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
• Professional appearance paired with a positive, enthusiastic attitude.
• Good understanding of coffee bean types, brewing techniques, espresso drinks, and milk frothing methods.
• Basic familiarity with POS systems and cashier processes is advantageous.
• Punctual, reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking.
