Role Summary
This full-time onsite Barista position is located in Ahmedabad at an upcoming cafe. The selected candidate will be trained extensively in preparing and serving a diverse range of coffee and beverage options while adhering to established recipes and quality benchmarks.
Responsibilities
- Welcoming customers warmly and taking their orders efficiently
- Processing payments accurately and delivering friendly service promptly
- Maintaining consistent product quality and ensuring guest satisfaction
- Assisting with stock management and ingredient replenishment
- Supporting both opening and closing procedures at the cafe
- Adhering strictly to hygiene and safety protocols throughout shifts
- Cooperating with the wider team to maintain smooth day-to-day operations and uphold brand standards
Qualifications & Skills
- Up to 2 years of relevant experience, preferably within cafes, restaurants, or hospitality environments
- Excellent customer service abilities along with strong interpersonal communication skills
- Clear and professional communication to interact effectively with customers and colleagues
- Knowledge of food preparation with attention to sanitary and safety measures
- Capability to operate in a fast-paced environment and remain on feet for prolonged intervals
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality consistency and cleanliness
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays
