Position Overview
We are seeking experienced and certified Barbers or Hairstylists for both full-time and part-time roles. Our mission at Tommy Gun's is to ensure every guest leaves feeling confident and looking sharp, while fostering a workplace that makes our team enjoy their craft.
Compensation
Wages range from $20 to $35 per hour depending on experience and performance.

Role Requirements
- Must be a certified Journeyman Barber or Hairstylist, or actively completing an apprenticeship
- Exceptional customer service aptitude demonstrating consistent dedication to guest satisfaction
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment requiring adaptability
- Strong knowledge of industry trends and grooming techniques
- Excellent communication capabilities
- Willingness to work flexible shifts as needed
