Role Overview and Duties

• Manage bar stock by replenishing alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and related supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and surfaces.
• Support bartenders by preparing garnishes, changing kegs, and restocking as needed.
• Ensure back-of-house areas remain tidy and orderly.
• Adhere strictly to health and safety guidelines to guarantee a safe and sanitary workspace.
• Deliver outstanding guest service by promptly attending to requests and assisting patrons.
• Conduct cash handling transactions if assigned.
• Participate in opening and closing tasks as instructed by management.
• Observe all company policies and standard operating procedures.
• Occasionally undertake additional responsibilities as directed by supervisors or managers.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience in bar operations is essential.
• At least one year in a public-facing role, ideally within a premium or lifestyle hotel setting.
• Possess a friendly, gracious, and engaging personality trait.
• Capable of multitasking efficiently in a fast-paced environment with keen attention to detail.
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Demonstrated ability to foster positive working relationships across departments and colleagues.
• Work independently while also promoting teamwork and collaboration.
