Role Overview
As a Barback, you will be integral to the smooth functioning of the bar team. This role involves supporting bartenders in a fast-paced environment to ensure stations remain well-stocked, orderly, and efficient. Key Responsibilities
- Assist bartenders during service by stocking, cleaning, and organising bar stations to Hawksmoor’s standards.
- Prepare garnishes, glassware, and work areas ahead of service.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in both front and back bar areas to ensure operational efficiency.
- Proactively anticipate team needs during busy periods and respond swiftly.
- Coordinate closely with bartenders and floor staff to facilitate seamless service.
- Gain knowledge of Hawksmoor’s drinks, protocols, and service standards, with clear growth opportunities.
Candidate Profile
- A positive, energetic individual who embraces hands-on tasks and fast-paced environments.
- Reliable team player who values supporting others with pride and diligence.
- Previous experience in bar or hospitality is advantageous but not mandatory as comprehensive training is provided.
- A genuine enthusiasm for hospitality and eagerness to acquire new skills.
