Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated Barback to join ISOLA's launch team in Abu Dhabi. This position supports the bar staff by ensuring stock levels, cleanliness, and preparation needs throughout service are consistently maintained.

Responsibilities

• Restock spirits, mixers, garnishes, glassware, and ice during bar operations.
• Prepare straightforward garnishes, juices, and necessary bar mise en place.
• Collect, clean, and polish glassware and bar tools efficiently.
• Keep the bar area, storage spaces, and service stations clean and well-organized.
• Assist with receiving deliveries, rotating stock, and storing products properly.
• Dispose of waste promptly and in a safe manner.
• Provide support to bartenders during peak service hours.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Prior experience in bars, restaurants, or hospitality environments is preferred.
• Basic understanding of beverage products and bar functions is a plus.
• Energetic and dependable with a strong ability to perform physical tasks safely.
• Excellent teamwork skills, well-organized, and attentive to detail.
• Effective communication in English is required; additional language skills are beneficial.
