Bar Team Member

Position Overview

Haven is hiring Bar Team Members to join their enthusiastic team, either full-time, part-time, or on a seasonal basis. This role involves serving guests with a variety of drinks, maintaining a friendly atmosphere, and ensuring that every visitor enjoys their time.

Key Duties

• Warmly welcome guests and take their drink orders while ensuring a memorable customer experience.
• Prepare and serve an assortment of beverages ranging from classic pints to special cocktails.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and stock levels of the bar area.
• Work collaboratively with team members for efficient bar operations and exceptional customer service.
• Adhere to responsible service guidelines promoting a safe environment for all.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience in bars, restaurants, or customer-facing environments is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Strong customer service orientation, with an approachable, friendly demeanor and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
• Availability and flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Applicants must be at least 18 years old to legally sell alcohol.

Compensation

Hourly pay rates can reach up to £12.71 depending on age.
