About the Role
As a Bar Supervisor at Conrad Dublin, part of the Hilton Luxury Division, you will be at the heart of delivering exceptional guest experiences in a prestigious 5-star hotel. Your role involves managing daily bar operations with warmth and attentiveness, striving to create memorable moments for every guest.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional service by engaging guests with friendliness and enthusiasm, actively enhancing their visit.
- Oversee daily bar activities to guarantee smooth operations, ensuring all stations are well-stocked, orderly, and meet quality standards.
- Assist service efficiency by preparing drinks for servers, handling transactions, and fostering effective coordination between bar and service teams.
- Lead and mentor the bar and room service staff through training, scheduling, supervision, and support to maintain high performance and excellent guest service.
- Handle any guest issues related to intoxication sensitively and professionally, maintaining a safe atmosphere.
- Ensure all health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol regulations are strictly followed to protect guests and staff welfare.
