Banking Associate – Assistant Relationship Manager (Arabic Speaker)

We value your voice, ideas, and achievements and are currently seeking an Associate – Assistant Relationship Manager for a distinguished international bank based in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Wealth Managers by managing daily client servicing and relationship management tasks.
• Handle client transaction requests including securities transactions and payments, ensuring proper processing and monitoring.
• Coordinate with front, middle, and back-office teams to facilitate prompt execution of client requests.
• Support client onboarding processes, including opening and closing accounts and managing necessary documentation.
• Assist with credit approvals, loan drawdowns, and renewals as needed.
• Keep track of account balances, pending transactions, and the implementation of transactions.
• Address client inquiries and requests promptly, escalating issues to the Relationship Manager when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with all internal banking policies and procedures in daily activities.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Fluency in both English and Arabic languages.
• Between 3 and 5 years of relevant experience in banking or wealth management.
• Proven skills in client servicing, effective communication, and organizational capabilities.
• Experience supporting Relationship Managers or Wealth Managers in a banking context.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with the financial centers of Switzerland and/or Singapore is considered advantageous.
