- In-depth understanding of UAE Labour Law, employment contracts, WPS (SIF), and compliance standards related to payroll operations.
- Capability to manage intricate payroll arrangements involving both blue-collar and large-scale white-collar employee groups.
- Insight into payroll as a financial framework, including cost distribution, payroll provisions, accruals, workforce cost evaluation, and strategies to improve profit and loss.

- Proficient in identifying and reducing risks related to payroll, billing errors, and revenue leakages.
- Competence in interpreting client contracts and commercial terms to ensure accurate payroll and billing accruals.
- Able to critically assess and verify outputs from payroll systems beyond routine processing.

- At least 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience managing a small team (2-3 members).
- Proven track record in managing payrolls for both white-collar and blue-collar employees across multiple clients and entities.
- Experience with large-scale payroll operations, not limited to software execution such as SAP, Oracle, or D365; must be capable of challenging system-generated results critically.
- Understanding of the interconnectedness between payroll processes, finance, billing, and compliance requirements.
- Strong collaboration skills for working with Finance, Operations, and Legal departments in designing payroll systems and control mechanisms.
